This is one fantastic picture of two grate performers. I just wish we had some audio to go with it. Its still saddens me of the loss of an equally wonderful performer.

I enjoy them both. Maybe I'm looser, but I didn't hear to Bonnie Raitt before reading this forum (it's almost impossible to know all music, even popular one), she is cool.

Charlie is great too I really like his work with Tom Waits. It'll be interesting to listen to them together.

Does Charlie use Greg Heumann's mic at this photo? Hey, Greg, are you here?

YES! That's a BlowsMeAway wood mic - it is all Charlie plays through (when he brings his own gear.) He owns two of them. And that's a custom BlowsMeAway volume control as well.

Respect for great endorser! Which element does charlie uses? Is it some sort of dynamic or isitCM element? Does he stop using Audix Fireball?

Blueyes

Jason's mic of choice is great idea. Any harmonica player wanted to make stick mic shorter andwith volume controlbut only greg did it (hm... and audix too, but it doesn't matter).

This chip for your ampcalled "practice", and it's not too expensive but takes time to find it ((: You also can hack it by engineer called harmonica teacher (((: Hope this helps.
