After more than 5 wonderful years, Jason and I have decided to separate. I have many fond memories of us, our life and the friends we shared.
Some of you may be wondering what will happen with HarmonicaSpace. So, I decided to write this message to address this before word spreads of our separation.
HarmonicaSpace was of course a labor of love. I built this site as much for him as for me; however, many of you are my friends as well and this site was/is a project/challenge that I enjoy. Therefore, the site will continue to exist and grow.
This is a very hard time for both of us, because we do love each other very much... but we needed to take this step at this point in our relationship. Both of our lives are very stressful. Between his tour schedule and job and mine and our own personal issues, we needed to take some time for personal growth and healing. Perhaps we will be able to work this out in the future, but obviously life gives us no guarantees.
At the moment, we are both very emotionally drained. We appreciate your friendship, but do not want to talk in depth about the situation until we have had some time to adjust to the changes.
My contact information for work, cell, and mailing (PO Box) will remain the same. Anyone who has my home address at 37207 will need to contact me for my new 37208 address.

Hey Brady - hope you both find peace and happiness!!!
I'm new in this forum. But not new in life. Be what you both need and do what you both need to do. As Queen said in a song "It's a hard life" and "Show must go on".Kisses for you both.
As someone told me long ago, love never dies but it does change form. I hope that the transition is okay for both of you, and that it does help each of you to grow and develop. I really don't know either of you very well, but I have lots of respect for both of you, and will take this chance to again thank both of you for HarmonicaSpace, and for the information, support and insight that you've shared with me.
Thank you for this wonderful site, with out it I would still be lost...

let me add my warm wishes to you both. i feel you have both been friends to me despite our never having met! thank you both for all you have done for harpers in general and specifically those who have come here looking for a start, and finding so much welcome and ideas and information, freely given.
you guys are both an inspiration and an excellent example of true compassion and community, and i thank you.
best wishes to you both in your endeavors, and who knows which way the road turns?
Even I don't know you personaly I'm still thinking of you as a friends who accepted me as a total harrmonica begginer here and gave me the guidance I needed.
I too ended up my six year long relationship some time ago so I know the proces of healing and finding the right path again. I really do hope that both of you will manage to find a new path to eachother, if not as a couple that as a good friends.
Wish you all the best!!!
Brady, you are to be commended for your decision to continue the Harmonica Space project. Us harpers appreciate you for your dedication to this site. I truly wish the best for BOTH of you.
Recently, I've had to deal with the reality of eventually loosing my spouse of 18 years. I was willing to make any arrangement to keep her for a while longer. I told her that I would take her to the beach as soon as she got well enough. We now have plane tickets to San Diego July 10-17th. We plan to hang out at La Jolla Beach just to say "We're still alive".
I know it's tough. Ben there done that! Keep your spirit up Brady. Don't let it get you down. This is LIFE.
