Anyone know any materials online that teaches chromatic harmonica? i've found books and dvds on playing diatonic, but i couldn't find anything on chromatic at all. :(

I'm a complete newbie when it comes to harmonica... have no diatonic experience; however, if anyone can show me some useful learning materials i would greatly appreciate it.

On of the best resources about chromatic I've seen ishttp://www.angelfire.com/music/HarpOn/

It include a lot of info about playing, maintainance, amplifying etc.

Have you tried Harp-On? http://www.angelfire.com/music/HarpOn/

PS: Which harp are you going to learn on? I've heard good things about the Hohner Educator as a beginners chrom. Also, they're not as expensive as most ;)
