Weird things on my Fabulous F-20

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and hope to learn a lot about harps, techniques, etc...

I recently bought several harps online (already arrived one diatonic Suzuki Fabulous F-20J #C) and found the following:

I've noticed that the hole 1 sounds weaker and needs much stronger breath to make it sound compared to the other holes (2 to 10). Also noticed that the higher holes show kind of opposite blow/draw keys than the lower ones: holes 1 to 6 = blow keys are lower and draw keys are higher / holes 7 to 10 = blow keys are higher and draw keys are lower.

Why this difference? And why it's so hard to play (blow & draw) the hole 1?

Thanks in advance for your help mates!
