This is his own website. It also leads to a Flickr account with tons more pics.We are still in the process of getting the pics from this weekend posted.

Today he won best reserve(2nd place) in his first time as a champion against other champions.Once you become a champion you only compete against other champions. So,the bar is much higher now.

The breeder we got him from, who we have become good friends with, has been kicking herself for giving him up since the day we got him.

He was her pick of the litter but it turns out another breeder she looked up to suggested she keep a different one but she actually ended up not keeping any.

Well, today was the last day of the dog show.

Not only did my boy earn his Champion title, today he earned his first win as a Champion. He was up against all the other Champion American Pit Bull Terriers that won today and he beat them all.

This is exceptionally rare considering he does not have cropped ears!

OK have posted pics of Mia to my profile, do you have problems with BSL in your region? Laws are really confused here, for example when we take her to Germany she has to wear a muzzle but people come running over to ask us to take it off (even police officers!) they think she looks sad. Mia does not mind either way but she really is the most affectionate dog I have ever met, she was a rescue 2 1/2 ys ago - at 7mths we were her 4th owners!!

No BSL issues in this specific area.If it ever happened here we would move in an instant.

There have been some cities in the U.S. where BSL laws were passed and the very next day animal control and police started rounding up all the APBT in the area and putting them to death.

That kind of attitude makes me sick it is just politicians looking for an easy vote winner, education is what is needed, when will people realise that a dog is a dog is a dog, if you ban one you have to ban them all, there are more 'crazy' Labs, Setters and Spaniels than Bullys.

Anyway I have checked out Tobias' site and he sure is one handsome boy! A well deserved Champ I'm sure.

Thanks! I absolutely love that dog more than any other pet I have had.One time we lived in a not so good part of town and he got loose when he was about a year old.

My fiance went driving around town looking for him. Then we started noticing cops driving around town.Thinking they were looking for someone we asked one of them to keep an eye out for him and also tell the others driving around to look for him and he gave me the most chilling comment I think I ever heard from a cop directed at me.

"Actually,we received several emergency phone calls from people around this neighborhood about a dangerous pit bull running loose and there is a shoot on sight order out if he approaches anyone".

I swear I got weak kneed. It was like they were telling me they were gonna shoot my son!

We explained to him that he is a show dog who has gone through obedience and agility training and we are going to put him through several programs such as cadaver dog training, search and rescue, drug sniffing and he is also going to be my service dog as my arthritis gets worse and told him he`s a show dog as well with absolutely no human or animal agression. Not just some random stray.Gave him his name and told him he loves people and will come to anyone who calls his name and wiggle like crazy and want tokiss the heck out of them.

He got on his radio and relayed the info immediately.

About an hour later as my fiance is out looking for him and im sitting on the front porch in case he comes home on his own...I hear this weird noise around the corner down the street and here he comes, running faster than I have ever seen him run before. The noise I heard evidently was his nails digging into the sidewalk as he ran and a really strong pant.

I had the porch door open and was sitting on the lower step. Not wanting to make him think I was upset I just said c`mere boy all happy and he ran SO fast he jumped OVER my head onto the porch and into this house and slid about 10 feet on the tile inside.

Man,,,,,,I broke out in a little sweat describing that, lol. That was some serious stress that night.Had we not approached that cop our dog may have been shot and killed that night.

Well,,,last month we got out boy into weight pulling. It was a spur of the moment thing but something we had wanted to do with him for a while.

We originally went to cheer on a friend but found out the entry fees were pretty affordable so we said what the heck. On day 3 of the 3 day show he got basically what is part one and part two in a 3 step process to becoming a weight pull champion.

If I recall correctly on his last pull he topped out at just under 700 pounds. Not bad for a first timer with no practice or training.

He also earned his CGC(Canine Good Citizen)award which certifies his good temperment and all and makes him one step closer to being a therapy dog.
