Do a search on Barbeque Bob on this forum--he has laid all this stuff about a temperment out pretty well, at least to me.
Yeah, BBQ Bob is the man! What he doesn't know simply ain't worth knowing!
He's a veritable treasure trove of information.
I reposted specifically for the temperment. I Checked out BBQ and did some research of my own--still have some confusion.
