I peeled the suckers of and it sounds and plays great just don't lean on it too bad or sorrow will ensue

Hey yall how do you fix windsavers in Chromatic harps? I have a few where the paper-ish stuff is lifted way off the reedplate and those notes sound like shredding paper or playing underwater or something like that. What would you do? Thanks.
